Shipping Policy
We will courier out your order the next working days via PGEON, Ninjavan or J&T Express. Delivery costs :

1. Malaysia(Nationwide) will be charged at RM10 flat rate Or Free for order over RM100. It will take about 2-5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 5-7 working days (Sabah & Sarawak) for the parcel to reach you.
2. Singapore will be charge at RM30 flat rate or FREE for order over RM300. It will take about 7- 14 days to reach Singapore.

Please foresee some delay during this pandemic period. You will be getting an email on your tracking code and link once we courier out your order. You can track your item from this link.

Exchange
To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to reached us within 14 days of purchase. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that the Return courier fees will be bear by you and courier fees to send back the new set to you will bear by us. Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive your returned order within (30) days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable on most returns, with few exceptions, such as if an item you received was incorrect. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your bank statement. Most cases will be quicker, however, due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.
