SHIPPING & REFUNDS:
Yay, we are excited for you to receive your KoolOptix blue light glasses! We will now process your order within the same day or the next working day. Your items will be delivered to your doorsteps in the next 2 to 5 working days if you're in Peninsular Malaysia, 5 to 7 working days if you're in Sabah or Sarawak, and 7 to 14days if you're in Singapore.
Our delivery partners are Pgeon, Ninjavan and J&T. We use them interchangeably.
Sure! If you would like to return your item, we will refund you within 14 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To process your refunds, please mail your return item together with your receipt back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
