Shipping Policy

Our delivery costs are as below :

• Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak are charged at RM10 flat rate or FREE for orders over RM100. 
• Singapore at RM40 or FREE for orders over RM400. 

We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details are also listed in the order confirmation. 

Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law. However, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late delivery. In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. 

Please provide information on such matters during the call, including your order number, product details, and other relevant details as needed. 

We process your order within the same day or the next working day. 

Items will be delivered to your doorsteps in the next 2-5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia), 5-7 working days ( Sabah & Sarawak) or 7-14days (Singapore) via Pgeon, Ninjavan or J&T.
